Chocaroon Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • dash of salt
  • 13 c sugar
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 13 c 1 packet Bakers Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 2 layer size pkg chocolate cake mix
  • 1 4 serving pkg Jell-O brand chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 14 c water
  • 13 c oil

Directions

  1. Beat egg whites with salt until foamy
  2. Gradually beat in sugar
  3. Continue beating until mixture forms stiff peaks
  4. Blend in flour and coconut set aside
  5. Combine remaining ingredients in large mixer bowl
  6. Blend
  7. Beat at medium speed 4 minutes
