Chocolate-Dipped Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 c margarine softened
- 12 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 12 oz pkg chocolate chips mini
- 1 Tbsp shortening
- 34 c chopped walnuts
Directions
- In large bowl combine flour margarine sugar and vanilla mix until well blended
- Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips mix well Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet
- Shape into 2-inch logs
- Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes
- Cool completely
