Chocolate-Mint Coffee

Ingredients

  • 13 c ground coffee
  • 1 tsp chocolate extract
  • 12 tsp mint extract
  • 14 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Place coffee in a blender or food processor
  2. With processor running add extracts
  3. Stop and scrape sides of container with a spatula
  4. Process for 10 seconds longer
  5. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container
  6. Yield Mix for 8 6 ounce servings
