Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg devils food cake mix
• 1 39 oz box chocolate fudge instant pudding
• 3 eggs
• 1 14 c water
• 12 c smooth peanut butter
• 12 c vegetable oil
• 1 12 c 9 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

1. For cake preheat oven to 350
2. In a large bowl combine cake mix pudding mix eggs water peanut butter and oil
3. Using low speed of an electric mixer beat until moistened
4. Increase speed of mixer to medium and beat 2 minutes longer
5. Stir in chocolate chips
6. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans
7. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cake begins to pull away from sides of pan and springs back when lightly pressed
8. Cool in pans 10 minutes invert onto a wire rack to cool completely
