Chocolate-Peanut Butter Drops

Ingredients

• 1 c butter softened
• 12 c granulated sugar
• 12 c packed brown sugar
• 12 8 oz size pkg softened cream cheese
• 1 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 2 c all-purpose flour
• 23 c cocoa
• 14 tsp baking powder
• 14 tsp baking soda
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 c peanut butter chips

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375
2. In a large mixing bowl mix the butter both sugars and cream cheese
3. Stir in vanilla and egg
4. Stir in flour cocoa baking powder baking soda and salt
5. Stir in peanut butter chips
6. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonful at least 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet
7. Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until set but still soft
8. Cool 1 minute and remove from cookie sheet
9. Makes about 2 12 dozen cookies
