Chocolate Almond Macaroon
Ingredients
- 1 12 c flaked coconut
- 12 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp Hersheys cocoa
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 18 tsp salt
- 2 egg whites
- 12 tsp almond extract
- whole blanched almonds optional
Directions
- Heat oven to 325
- In medium bowl stir together coconut sugar cocoa flour and salt
- Add egg white and almond extract stir until well blended
- Drop by teaspoonful on lightly greased cookie sheet press almond on top if desired
- Bake 18 minutes or until set
- Immediately remove from cookie sheet to wire rack Cool completely about 1 12 dozen macaroons
