Chocolate Amaretto Truffles

Ingredients
- 1 11 12 oz pkg 2 c milk chocolate chips
- 14 c sour cream
- 2 Tbsp almond flavoring
- 23 c finely chopped almonds
Directions
- Melt over hot not boiling water the milk chocolate chips stir until smooth
- Remove from heat
- Blend in sour cream
- Add almond flavoring mix well
- Transfer to small bowl
- Chill until firm
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper lined cookie sheets shape into balls
- Roll into balls
- Roll in almonds Chill until firm about 30 minutes
- Makes about 2 12 dozen truffles
