Chocolate Animal Crackers

Ingredients

• 1 box animal crackers
• 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate bits
• 1 Tbsp vegetable shortening

Directions

1. Melt the chocolate bits and shortening in a saucepan over low heat
2. Stir until smooth
3. Dip animal crackers into chocolate and lift with a fork
4. Place on waxed paper to harden
