Chocolate Bonbons
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 c 12 stick margarine
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 c flour
- 12 c finely chopped pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 60 Hersheys Kisses unwrapped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a medium saucepan combine chocolate chips and margarine
- Cook and stir over low heat until chips are melted and smooth
- Add sweetened condensed milk mix well
- In a medium bowl combine flour nuts chocolate mixture and vanilla Mix well
- Shape 1 tablespoon of dough around each candy kiss covering completely
- Place 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 6 to 8 minutes
- Do not overcook Cookies will be soft and appear shiny but become firm as they cool
