Chocolate Brandy Fondue
Ingredients
- 1 6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp orange liqueur
Directions
- Put chocolate chips water and cream into a sauce warmer Stir over moderate heat on stove until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth
- Remove from heat and stir in orange liqueur
- Keep warm over candle and dip in angel cake pieces strawberries oranges and the like
- Serves 8
