Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 2 1 oz sq baking chocolate
• 1 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 c chopped nuts optional
• 34 c flour sifted
• 12 tsp baking powder
• 12 tsp salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan over low heat
3. Remove from heat
4. Add sugar
5. Add 1 unbeaten egg mix with a fork
6. Add other egg mix again
7. Add vanilla and chopped nuts
8. Sift together the flour baking powder and salt add to mixture
9. Mix thoroughly
10. Pour into an 8-inch square pan Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
