Chocolate Brownies With Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 236 oz pkg fudge brownie mix
- 12 gal vanilla ice cream softened
- 2 c sifted powdered sugar
- 23 c semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 12 c evaporated milk
- 12 c margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 12 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch dish or pan
- Let cool
- Spread ice cream over the brownies and freeze until hard
