Chocolate Cake And Frosting
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 c Crisco
- 2 c flour self-rising
- 1 c milk
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 13 sticks butter
- 3 c sugar
- 3 tsp cocoa
- dash of salt
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream Crisco and 1 12 cups sugar together
- Add eggs one at a time
- Add vanilla
- Add flour and milk
- Mix well
- Pour into 3 well-greased and floured pans
- Bake at 325 until golden brown Melt 1 13 cups butter
- Add sugar and cocoa
- Mix well
- Add dash of salt and milk
- Mix Cook in saucepan 5 minutes after it comes to rapid boil
- Remove from heat and add vanilla
- Ice cake
