Chocolate Cake Icing

Ingredients

• 1 12 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 13 c sugar
• 12 c cream

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a pot
2. Bring to a boil
3. Boil until a few small drops form a little ball when dropped in a glass of cold water
4. Remove from heat
5. Ready for cake
