Chocolate Cake With Black Walnut Cream Filling
Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 23 c sugar
- 23 c milk
- 2 egg yolks beaten
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 c black walnut meats
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 container chocolate frosting
Directions
- Place sugar milk egg yolks flour and butter in double boiler
- Cook until custard forms
- After custard cools add nuts and vanilla
- Spread between layers
- Cover with chocolate frosting
