Chocolate Caramel Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cake mix
  • 23 c oleo melted
  • 1 c chopped walnuts
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 c chocolate chips
  • 14 oz pkg Kraft caramels

Directions

  1. Mix together dry cake mix oleo walnuts and 3 ounces of milk half the can
  2. Spread 12 mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan and pat down
  3. Bake for 10 minutes at 350
  4. Melt caramels with rest of milk
  5. Remove pan from oven
  6. Pour on caramel mixture Sprinkle with chocolate chips
  7. Drop remaining cake mixture in small pieces on top
  8. Bake for 20 minutes more
