Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge
Ingredients
- 3 c semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- dash of salt
- 1 c chopped pecans or walnuts
- 12 c caramel ice cream topping
- 1 12 tsp vanilla
Directions
- In a saucepan over low heat melt chocolate chips with milk and salt
- Remove from heat stir in nuts caramel topping and vanilla
- Spread evenly in a foil-lined 8 or 9 inch pan
- Chill 2 hours or until firm
- Turn fudge onto cutting board peel off foil and cut into squares
- Makes about 2 pounds
