Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 c semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 12 c caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat melt chocolate chips with milk and salt
  2. Remove from heat stir in nuts caramel topping and vanilla
  3. Spread evenly in a foil-lined 8 or 9 inch pan
  4. Chill 2 hours or until firm
  5. Turn fudge onto cutting board peel off foil and cut into squares
  6. Makes about 2 pounds
