Chocolate Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 11 oz cream cheese softened
• 34 c sugar
• 14 c cocoa
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 c whipped cream
• 8-inch crumb crust
• 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

1. In large bowl combine cream cheese and sugar beat well Blend in cocoa
2. Add eggs and vanilla blend well
3. Blend in whipped cream
4. Pour into crust
5. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes cool to room temperature
6. Cover and chill for several hours
7. Top with cherry pie filling before serving
