Chocolate Chip Angel Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 stick margarine
- 12 c shortening
- 12 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 6 oz chocolate chips 1 c
- granulated sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cream sugars margarine and shortening Beat in egg and vanilla
- Gradually add flour soda cream of tartar and salt mixture
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts optional
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until firm to touch
