Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 2 c finely crushed creme filled chocolate sandwich cookies approximately 24
- 14 c Crisco shortening melted
- 3 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c mini chocolate chips divided
- 1 tsp flour
Directions
- Combine crumbs and shortening
- Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan
- Beat cheese until fluffy
