Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 12 c sugar
• 3 Tbsp melted margarine
• 1 c pancake mix or Bisquick
• 12 c milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 13 c chocolate chips

Directions

1. Beat egg
2. Add 12 cup sugar gradually
3. Stir margarine in lightly
4. Alternately add pancake mix and milk-vanilla mixture Pour into greased 8-inch square pan
5. Sprinkle with mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon and chips
6. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
