Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 23 c Crisco
• 23 c margarine
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c brown sugar packed
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 12 oz chocolate chips
• 1 c coconut optional
• 1 c chopped nuts optional

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Mix Crisco and margarine
3. Add sugar and brown sugar mix
4. Add eggs and vanilla mix
5. Slowly add flour salt and baking soda
6. Add chips nuts and coconut
7. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased baking sheets
8. Bake about 8 minutes
9. May be baked as pan cookie
