Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

• 2 14 c flour
• 14 c light brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 c regular or mini chips
• 12 c chopped nuts
• 1 egg lightly beaten with 14 c oil or melted butter

Directions

1. Sift together flour brown sugar baking powder and salt Add chocolate chips and nuts toss to coat Mix egg and oil mixture into dry mix stirring lightly and quickly just to mix Grease bottoms only of muffin tin or use paper baking cups Fill each cup 23 full Bake at 425 for 20 minutes until light brown
