Chocolate Chip Pan Cookie

Ingredients

• 2 12 c self-rising flour
• 1 c margarine softened
• 34 c sugar
• 34 c brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 12 oz chocolate chips
• 1 c nuts optional

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. In large bowl mix margarine sugars vanilla and eggs with mixer
3. Gradually add flour until well blended
4. Stir in chips and nuts
5. Spread in greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan
6. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes
7. Check after 30 minutes
8. Cool then cut into squares
