Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
Ingredients
- 14 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 pkg 4 serving size Jello
- Vanilla Pie Filling OR 1 pkg Jello
- Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 cup all purpose mix Bisquick
- 12 cup chocolate chips
- 3 Tablespoons milk
Directions
- Combine pudding mix and Bisquick mix in a bowl
- Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal
- Add egg and milk blend well
- Stir in chips
