Chocolate Chip SMore Cookie

Ingredients

• 1 tsp peanut butter
• 2 chocolate chip cookies
• 1 marshmallow

Directions

1. Microwave Directions
2. Spread 12 teaspoon peanut butter on flat side of each cookie
3. Place marshmallow between peanut butter spread sides of cookies making a sandwich on microwave-safe paper towel
4. Microwave on High for 6 to 8 seconds or until marshmallow is slightly softened
5. Squeeze cookie together slightly
6. Makes 1 cookie
