Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1 c oil
• 2 1 oz packets baking chocolate
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 c chopped nuts
• 1 12 oz bag chocolate chips
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c grated zucchini
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda

Directions

1. Cream sugar oil and baking chocolate add eggs and mix
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix
3. Spray 3 small loaf pans with Pam pour batter in and fill halfway
4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
