Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 34 c flour
• 14 tsp baking soda
• 1 c shortening
• 1 c sugar
• 12 c brown sugar packed
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 13 c unsweetened cocoa
• 2 Tbsp milk
• 1 c semi-sweet chocolate bits

Directions

1. In large bowl cream together until fluffy shortening sugars and vanilla
2. Whisk in egg
3. Stir in cocoa and milk
4. Fold in flour and soda mixed and chocolate bits
5. Drop batter by rounded teaspoonfuls onto nonstick or greased baking sheets
6. Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes
7. Cool about 5 minutes before removing cookies from sheets
8. Makes 5 dozen
