Chocolate Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 1 stick margarine
• 4 Tbsp cocoa
• 12 c Crisco shortening
• 1 c water
• 12 c buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix together flour and sugar and set aside
2. Melt together margarine cocoa shortening and water
3. Mix together buttermilk eggs cinnamon baking soda and vanilla
4. Alternately add flour and sugar mixture and cocoa mixture to buttermilk mixture
5. Pour into a cookie sheet pan with 12-inch sides and bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes
