Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 12 lb graham crackers crushed
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 can coconut
- 1 8 oz jar crunchy peanut butter
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 cake paraffin
- 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate
Directions
- Melt butter
- Add peanut butter crackers pecans sugar and salt
- Form into small balls
- Melt together the paraffin and semi-sweet chocolate in double boiler
- Dip cookies in chocolate-paraffin mixture and lay on waxed paper to dry
