Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 12 c flour
• 12 c unsweetened cocoa
• 14 tsp salt
• 14 tsp baking powder
• 14 tsp baking soda
• 12 c softened butter
• 1 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 10 oz jar maraschino cherries
• 1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
• 12 c sweetened condensed milk

Directions

1. In large bowl mix dry ingredients
2. In separate bowl mix butter and sugar until fluffy
3. Add egg and vanilla beat well Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture
4. Shape dough in 1-inch balls
5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet
6. Press thumb in center of each cookie for drained cherry
