Chocolate Creams

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg 8 sq semi-sweet chocolate
  • 12 c butter or margarine
  • 1 34 c sifted confectioners sugar
  • 2 Tbsp light cream or half and half
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c finely chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat stirring constantly until smooth
  2. Blend in sugar cream and vanilla
  3. Chill about 30 minutes
  4. Shape into 12-inch balls and roll in nuts
  5. Store in refrigerator
  6. Makes about 4 dozen
