Chocolate Creams

Ingredients
- 1 pkg 8 sq semi-sweet chocolate
- 12 c butter or margarine
- 1 34 c sifted confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp light cream or half and half
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c finely chopped nuts
Directions
- Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat stirring constantly until smooth
- Blend in sugar cream and vanilla
- Chill about 30 minutes
- Shape into 12-inch balls and roll in nuts
- Store in refrigerator
- Makes about 4 dozen
