Chocolate Crunch Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 c butter softened
- 2 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 6 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 c all purpose flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1- 7 oz jar Marshmallow cream
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 2 c chocolate chips
- 3 c rice crispy cereal
Directions
- Cream together butter sugar and eggs
- Stir in cocoa flour vanilla and salt
- Spread into Greased 13x9x2 baking pan Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins or until Brownies test done Cool
- Spread Marshmallow Cream over cooled Brownies
- Melt Peanut Butter and Chocolate chips together over low heat stirring constantly
- When this is melted and thoroughly mixed remove from heat and stir in cereal spread over marshmallow layer and chill Store in refrigerator
