Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 12 c shortening Crisco
• 2 sq unsweetened chocolate or 13 c cocoa
• 1 egg
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 c milk
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Cream shortening sugar and egg together
2. Add chocolate or cocoa
3. Add sifted flour soda salt milk and vanilla
4. Fill cupcake pans 23 full
5. Bake in a 350 oven for 15 to 20 minutes
