Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 12 c cocoa
- 12 c shortening
- 1 12 c flour
- 12 c sour milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 c white sugar
- 12 c hot water
Directions
- Put all ingredients in bowl in order given
- Beat for 3 minutes
- Grease muffin tins or use paper liners
- Fill slightly more than 12 full
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- Makes approximately 18 cupcakes
