Chocolate Eclair
Ingredients
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 large box instant vanilla pie filling
- 3 c milk
- 1 9 oz carton Cool Whip
- 1 can ready to spread chocolate frosting
Directions
- Line 9 x 13-inch pan with a layer of graham crackers
- Mix dry pudding and milk until completely mixed
- Add Cool Whip
- Mix thoroughly
- Spread 12 pudding mixture over crackers
- Add another layer of graham crackers
- Spread remaining pudding mix over crackers
- Add final layer of graham crackers
- Spread frosting over crackers
- Chill for 3 hours before serving
