Chocolate Eclair

Ingredients

• 1 box graham crackers
• 1 large box instant vanilla pie filling
• 3 c milk
• 1 9 oz carton Cool Whip
• 1 can ready to spread chocolate frosting

Directions

1. Line 9 x 13-inch pan with a layer of graham crackers
2. Mix dry pudding and milk until completely mixed
3. Add Cool Whip
4. Mix thoroughly
5. Spread 12 pudding mixture over crackers
6. Add another layer of graham crackers
7. Spread remaining pudding mix over crackers
8. Add final layer of graham crackers
9. Spread frosting over crackers
10. Chill for 3 hours before serving
