Chocolate Eclair Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 12 stick butter
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 4 boxes vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 34 c cold milk
  • 1 8 oz container Cool Whip
  • 1 tub chocolate icing

Directions

  1. Measure cold milk in large mixing bowl
  2. Add pudding mix with mixer until thick
  3. Fold in Cool Whip
  4. Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan
  5. Put a layer of graham crackers in bottom of pan Cover crackers with 12 of pudding mix
  6. Cover pudding with second layer of graham crackers
  7. Add remaining pudding and cover with a third layer of graham crackers
  8. Ice with chocolate frosting and chill overnight
