Chocolate Eclair Pudding Cake
Ingredients
- 12 stick butter
- 1 box graham crackers
- 4 boxes vanilla instant pudding
- 3 34 c cold milk
- 1 8 oz container Cool Whip
- 1 tub chocolate icing
Directions
- Measure cold milk in large mixing bowl
- Add pudding mix with mixer until thick
- Fold in Cool Whip
- Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Put a layer of graham crackers in bottom of pan Cover crackers with 12 of pudding mix
- Cover pudding with second layer of graham crackers
- Add remaining pudding and cover with a third layer of graham crackers
- Ice with chocolate frosting and chill overnight
