Chocolate Eclaire A La Highland Pointe

Ingredients
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 8 oz container Cool Whip
- 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
- 3 c milk skim is okay
Directions
- Mix Cool Whip pudding mix and milk together
- In a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish layer put graham crackers on bottom then 12 pudding mix crackers again remainder of pudding and another layer of crackers
