Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

• 2 1 oz sq unsweetened chocolate
• 12 c butter softened
• 1 16 oz pkg powdered sugar sifted
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbsp whipping cream
• 2 Tbsp vanilla extract
• 1 12 tsp lemon juice

Directions

1. Place chocolate in top of a double boiler bring water to a boil
2. Reduce heat to low cook until chocolate melts
3. Set aside to cool slightly
4. Cream butter with electric mixer
5. Add chocolate and remaining ingredients beating until smooth
