Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb oleo margarine
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 boxes 4 lb powdered sugar
  • 1 or 34 or 12 c cocoa to your taste
  • 1 c nut meats optional

Directions

  1. Put Velveeta cheese oleo and vanilla in a large pan on stove and melt together
  2. Blend in the dry ingredients together in large bowl
  3. After the dry ingredients are mixed add the melted oleo and cheese mix with a spoon
  4. When the mixture is fully combined place it in a long pan cookie sheet with wax paper on bottom and pop it into the refrigerator
  5. Cut into squares when it is firm and cold
  6. Keep refrigerated
  7. Makes 5 pounds
  8. May be frozen for later use
