Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb oleo margarine
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 boxes 4 lb powdered sugar
- 1 or 34 or 12 c cocoa to your taste
- 1 c nut meats optional
Directions
- Put Velveeta cheese oleo and vanilla in a large pan on stove and melt together
- Blend in the dry ingredients together in large bowl
- After the dry ingredients are mixed add the melted oleo and cheese mix with a spoon
- When the mixture is fully combined place it in a long pan cookie sheet with wax paper on bottom and pop it into the refrigerator
- Cut into squares when it is firm and cold
- Keep refrigerated
- Makes 5 pounds
- May be frozen for later use
