Chocolate Fudge Cake

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 3 eggs
• 2 14 c sugar
• 1 13 plus 3 Tbsp milk
• 12 c plus 2 Tbsp margarine
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1 12 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 1 oz sq unsweetened chocolate
• 2 c all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 14 tsp salt

Directions

1. Combine cream cheese 1 egg and 14 cup sugar in a medium mixing bowl beat on high with mixer until smooth
2. Gradually add 3 tablespoons milk 2 tablespoons margarine cornstarch and 12 teaspoon vanilla beating well
3. Set aside
