Chocolate Fudge Candy

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp butter
• 23 c undiluted evaporated milk
• 1 12 c sugar
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 c miniature marshmallows
• 12 c semi-sweet chocolate morsels
• 12 c chopped nuts
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Combine butter milk sugar and salt in medium saucepan
2. Bring to a boil stirring constantly
3. Remove from heat
4. Stir in marshmallows morsels nuts and vanilla
5. Stir for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted
6. Pour into foil lined 8-inch square baking pan
7. Sprinkle with additional pecans if desired
8. Chill until firm
