Chocolate Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz can undiluted evaporated milk
- 2 c Nestle semi-chocolate morsels
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- dash of salt
Directions
- In medium saucepan bring evaporated milk just to a boil
- Add chocolate morsels
- Return to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly until chocolate is melted slightly thickened and smooth
- Remove from heat Stir in vanilla and salt
- Serve warm as a dipping sauce for fresh fruit or spoon over cake or ice cream
- Yields 2 13 cups
