Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz can undiluted evaporated milk
  • 2 c Nestle semi-chocolate morsels
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • dash of salt

Directions

  1. In medium saucepan bring evaporated milk just to a boil
  2. Add chocolate morsels
  3. Return to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly until chocolate is melted slightly thickened and smooth
  4. Remove from heat Stir in vanilla and salt
  5. Serve warm as a dipping sauce for fresh fruit or spoon over cake or ice cream
  6. Yields 2 13 cups
