Chocolate Fudge Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients

• 34 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 12 c milk
• 1 c flour
• 2 Tbsp cocoa
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 14 tsp salt
• 12 c chopped walnuts
• 12 c sugar
• 12 c brown sugar
• 14 c cocoa
• 1 12 c boiling water

Directions

1. Cream 34 cup sugar with 2 tablespoons butter
2. Stir in milk Sift flour 2 tablespoons cocoa baking powder and salt together Add sifted ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix until smooth
3. Add chopped walnuts and spread in a buttered 9-inch pan Mix well 12 cup sugar brown sugar and 14 cup cocoa
4. Sprinkle over the batter
5. Pour boiling water over the top and bake in 350 oven for 35 to 40 minutes
