Chocolate Fudge Upside-Down Cake
Ingredients
- 34 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 12 c milk
- 1 c flour
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 c chopped walnuts
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c brown sugar
- 14 c cocoa
- 1 12 c boiling water
Directions
- Cream 34 cup sugar with 2 tablespoons butter
- Stir in milk Sift flour 2 tablespoons cocoa baking powder and salt together Add sifted ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix until smooth
- Add chopped walnuts and spread in a buttered 9-inch pan Mix well 12 cup sugar brown sugar and 14 cup cocoa
- Sprinkle over the batter
- Pour boiling water over the top and bake in 350 oven for 35 to 40 minutes
