Chocolate FudgeMicrowave
Ingredients
- 3 c sugar
- 23 c evaporated milk
- 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 34 c unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
Directions
- Combine sugar butter and evaporated milk in a 2 12-quart casserole
- Microwave on High for 9 to 10 12 minutes
- Add chocolate bits and marshmallow cream
- Microwave on High for 30 seconds
- Add chopped nuts and vanilla
- Stir until chocolate pieces are melted
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch dish
- Cool and cut into squares
