Chocolate FudgeMicrowave

Ingredients

  • 3 c sugar
  • 23 c evaporated milk
  • 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 c chopped nuts
  • 34 c unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine sugar butter and evaporated milk in a 2 12-quart casserole
  2. Microwave on High for 9 to 10 12 minutes
  3. Add chocolate bits and marshmallow cream
  4. Microwave on High for 30 seconds
  5. Add chopped nuts and vanilla
  6. Stir until chocolate pieces are melted
  7. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch dish
  8. Cool and cut into squares
