Chocolate Gravy

Ingredients

• 6 Tbsp flour
• 4 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 c sugar
• 3 c milk
• 12 stick butter

Directions

1. With a wire whisk mix cocoa sugar flour
2. Add milk slowly stirring constantly
3. Cook over medium heat until thickened Lower heat to low and add butter
4. Allow to melt without stirring After butter has melted stir
5. Serve over hot biscuits while gravy is hot
