Chocolate Icing

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 12 c powdered sugar
• 12 c cocoa
• 12 c milk
• 1 34 sticks butter
• 10 large marshmallows

Directions

1. Mix sugar and cocoa add milk and melted butter
2. Boil 5 minutes add marshmallows and beat well
