Chocolate Icing

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 12 c milk
• 1 oz cocoa
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 14 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix sugar
2. cocoa
3. salt
4. and milk in that order
5. Cook until almost hard ball stage
6. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla Beat until consistency of icing
