Chocolate IcingGood

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 14 c cocoa
• 1 stick butter or margarine
• 12 c milk
• 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Put over medium heat and cook stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil
3. Boil 1 minute remove from heat
4. Add vanilla
5. Cool
6. Beat until creamy spread on cake
