Chocolate Ladyfinger Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
• 1 Tbsp instant coffee
• 3 eggs
• 1 c heavy cream whipping cream
• dash of salt
• 2 pkg ladyfingers

Directions

1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler pan
2. Stir in instant coffee
3. Cool
4. Beat egg yolks and fold in chocolate mixture Beat egg whites fold in chocolate mixture Beat whipping cream with salt and fold in mixture
