Chocolate Ladyfinger Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp instant coffee
- 3 eggs
- 1 c heavy cream whipping cream
- dash of salt
- 2 pkg ladyfingers
Directions
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler pan
- Stir in instant coffee
- Cool
- Beat egg yolks and fold in chocolate mixture Beat egg whites fold in chocolate mixture Beat whipping cream with salt and fold in mixture
