Chocolate Macaroons
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz pkg coconut
- 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand condensed milk no substitutes
- 4 1 oz sq unsweetened chocolate melted
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients Mix well Drop by teaspoonfuls 1-inch apart on greased foil lined baking sheets Bake 10 to 12 minutes
- Remove from baking sheets immediately or they will stick if allowed to cool on pan Store covered at room temperature
- Yields 5 dozen
