Chocolate Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz pkg coconut
  • 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand condensed milk no substitutes
  • 4 1 oz sq unsweetened chocolate melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients Mix well Drop by teaspoonfuls 1-inch apart on greased foil lined baking sheets Bake 10 to 12 minutes
  3. Remove from baking sheets immediately or they will stick if allowed to cool on pan Store covered at room temperature
  4. Yields 5 dozen
