Chocolate Marshmallow Sauce
Ingredients
- 14 lb marshmallows
- 1 c white corn syrup
- 2 oz sq chocolate
- 18 tsp salt
Directions
- Heat over simmering water
- Stir until chocolate and marshmallows are melted
- Remove double boiler top from heat and blend in 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Serve hot
